SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently only offer domestic shipping within the United States.
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after being fully processed. During times of high volume orders, such as, sales/discounts and new releases, please allow up to 5-6 business days for your orders to be shipped.

Shipping and processing time estimates do not include holidays and non-business days. Shipping costs will vary depending on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping method. Shipping rates at checkout will be based off of weight and distance. There may be a $3.00 package handling adjustment automatically calculated into the total shipping cost.

DAMAGED AND UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
All orders are checked for quality before leaving LaVergne Lashes, therefore there will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges for products damaged during shipment or delivery by the USPS.

LaVergne Lashes is not responsible for any delayed or non-delivery of products due to inaccurate shipping information/address. We are not responsible for error or invalid address/deliveries. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, there will be a $10 flat fee to have the package resent to the correct address.

LaVergne Lashes is not responsible and will not replace packages that are lost or stolen via USPS.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders are processed immediately after they have been submitted, therefore LaVergne Lashes is unable to cancel or change an order once it has been placed.
